Whilst the majority of natural wines from Cantina Furlani are sparkling, this red wine shows that they can produce excellent still wines as well. Fresh, sapid and mineral, made from a blend of 5 grape varieties local to Trentino, on the borders with Switzerland and Austria. Strawberries and raspberry aromas that lead to dry, light sip with hints of vanilla, raspberry cola and sugared lemon peel.
We recommend serving lightly chilled (14-15c) and opening 10-15 minutes before drinking. Lovely accompany to a pizza, lasagna and charcuterie.
