The name of this wine couldn't have described it better. 100% Catalan Grenache that was vinified in carbonic maceration under the capable hands of Barbara (the owner and winemaker of La Gutina), which makes an extremely juicy and fruity wine. Ultimate drinkable fun that is best served chilled. It stays good for a few days after opening. That's what we were told, but we think it's irrelevant as it disappears from the bottle in a matter of minutes! Very limited production.
