I'm Natural Don't Panic #13

"Sensual - Delicious - Singular" Ribera De Duero, Spain
I'm Natural Don't Panic #13

We managed to secure some back-vintages from Julien as we know how good these wine get once they age a bit. Don't Panic #13 was a crowd favourite when it last landed and its now better than ever. In-fact, its gobsmackingly delicious right now. Tempranillo vines planted over 100 year ago in an elevation of 1,100 meters above sea level in Ribera del Duero, tended to organically (and lovingly), the grapes were carefully hand harvested. 50% were destemmed and 50% were placed in tank whole-bunch (whole-cluster). A slow, 40 days maceration on the skins ensued in fiberglass tanks. 2,780 bottles made.
