Kadarka

A fascinating example of the fairly rare Kadarka grape. The colour is translucent, light cherry red wine. On the palate, light-bodied and fresh with a soft acidity that brings along a pure explosion of wild forest berries, sour cherries and earthy notes. It reminded us of some Trousseau wines from the Jura. We recommend serving chilled but not very cold.
