A stupendously delicious Southern Rhone that really redefines what value for money is. Anecdotally we think it will rival (and surpass) wine from top appellations like chateauneuf du pape at a fraction of the price.
Made within the Cotes du Rhone Village appellations of Signargues of 50% Syrah, 35% Grenache and 15% Mourvèdre. Velvety, full, round and caressing with delicate tannins, its surprisingly integrated for such a young wine. And its quite flexible ; you can sip it on its own and just relax with it, have it alongside grilled red meat or bold mushroom risotto dishes for example. Room temperature is just perfect for it, pop the cork, wait for 10-15 minutes and youre ready to enjoy. If you have an nice decanter that you'd like to use, go right ahead.
