100% Mondeuse, silky, well toned, earthy and oh so dangerously drinkable. Francois Gilles AKA Domaine des Fables had quickly established his wines as some of the most interesting iterations coming Savoie, and perhaps even further afield. We've yet to taste a wine of a mere 9.5% abv being so sensual and balanced. Serve just under room temperature ± 15-20 minutes in the fridge.
