Little ADNatural Blanc

A lovely blend of Sauvignon Blanc and its lesser known relative, the Sauvignon Gris, both jointly macerated for a few days on the skins which put this wine somewhere between the white & orange category. It works well in that you a wholesome expression, great juiciness and flavour along with a touch of freshness. As with all of Stephanie's wines, purity is as at its highest level and the drinkability is "dangerous" - just that way we love these wines. Serve chilled. Excellent aperitif.
