Lubulus Cabernicus

A Sparkling red wine, 100% Cabernet Franc, (Pet Nat made in the Ancestral Method) that is refreshing yet concentrated and focused. The purity of the fruit really comes out in all of its glory and as with all of Domaine Thuronis wines, it's utterly delicious. You will feel that the terroir is reflected in every sip, uninterrupted by any excesses/shortage essentially, its very well balanced. A stable wine, you can comfortably drink it over a number of days (albeit it usually disappears fairly quick).
