Made from 100% Passerina grapes, grown and vinified by Mario Macciocca in the wine region of Frusinate in Lazio. It is a real smooth operator, presenting harmony between fruit, rocky minerality and a tasty salty vein. Marine aromas of Mediterranean breeze with delicate notes of fragrant pine. The sip is indulging, refreshing and rewarding, with white peach, hazelnuts and balsamic finish. Excellent with roman pasta dishes such as Cacio e Pepe, pork dishes, tuna steak and soft cheese.
