Alban Michel started Domaine Sabots d'Helene in 2005 with a simple view of producing organically farmed, pure natural wines. The methods Alban uses are based on a low yield policy, systematic harvesting at optimum maturity, very gentle extractions in wine-making that best respect the balance of the grapes and the quality of the fruit. The wines are unique and characterful, Alban's talented touch apparent in all of them - nothing added and nothing is taken away. Productions are small.
