It really delivers with multi-layered, mouthwatering aromas of sour cherry jam, white pepper and spice. The palate continues the same impression with a dry yet round sip that washes your palate with ample fruit and spice. The whole is wrapped in fresh and juicy material on 12.0% which makes this natural wine a real pleasure. Absolute delight with outstanding purity.
