This Hungarian orange wine is made from four varieties (Kiralyleanyka, Rhine Riesling, Karslevelu and Furmint) in a field blend. The maceration lasts for a number of days resulting in a
wine that is complex, expressive and full of flavour, with notes of ripe orange and citrus supported by a hint of cinnamon, dried herbs and a touch of toffee (something like Werther's Original). By smelling the aromas it really feels like it will have some sweetness but it doesn't, which will delight you. Serve this chilled (about 45 minutes in the fridge and would pair well with a
charcuterie board, hard cheeses or south Asian cuisine.
