In orange wine we mean that the grapes were pressed and the skins were then macerated for 2 weeks in stainless steel tanks. The result in lovely aromas (that prove to us that we need to drink more Malvasia) of exotic fruit, sugared citrus peel and a touch of cinnamon. Very juicy/crunchy on the palate, dry, round and playful. Superb drinkability factor; this bottles seems to finish itself! (11% abv). Serve chilled.
