A Chenin Blanc through and through; bruised apple galore and all. A well made wine from Bourgueil in the Loire that displays an impressively stable and clean palate and manages to be both a serious varietal wine and an approachable PetNat. We recommend drinking it slowly as it really gets better over some time. In-fact, if you wanted to leave half a bottle for the next day, don't hesitate - it still gets better! Serve chilled along with fresh Lebanese salads, prawns in garlic butter or prosciutto with sourdough.
