A “gloglou” (meaning very drinkable) natural wine done right. The blending of Pinot Noir, Gamay and Maréchal Foch (a hybrid cross between riesling and a few other varieties!) raised individually in old barrels for 8-12 months. Light purple in the glass, the aromas are of freshly baked cherry pie, dark fruit compote and a slight touch of florality. The sip is fresh and direct, and a direct continuation of the aromas; a tiny bit of acidity and spice make it interesting and unique. We recommend serving chilled (about 25-30 minutes in the fridge).
