100% Pinot Gris macerated with the skins for a lengthy period create this delightful natural orange wine. The colour is a very concentrated orange, which at the first glance look like vermilion / copper (due to this variety’s brownish-pink skins). Its seductive; lively nose of cherries and small red berries (redcurrant, cranberries) leads to a fleshy, toned palate; crunchy fruit lined by welcomed acidity and a sense of freshness. The finish is lightly spiced with a touch of salinity and tingle of very light tannins. Pairs well with Cantonese cuisine. We recommend serving lightly chilled (14c – 15c) and opening 20-30 minutes before drinking. (Pinot Gris Sec Maceration 2018 has a great ageing potential)
