Covering some of the very best plots in Alsace, Domaine Vincent Stoeffler is a fully certified organic estate spreading over 20 hectares approximately. Vincent, the winemaker, is "natural from the roots" and is a proponent of clean and respectful work both in the vineyards and in the cellar, producing pure pines that are receiving growing recognition in France and beyond. They produce an average of 38 different wines each year, made possible due to the proliferated terroirs and varietals; pinot noir, Pinot Gris, Sylvaner, Riesling and muscat. Some wines become unavailable quickly.
