Unusual to this winery, a blend of four varieties (Carignan, Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre), co-macerated for 15 days, that makes a typical southern France, delicious natural wine. Ultra fruity profile served on a generous, substantial material without being heavy for a second; you can really feel the terroir flowing through to the glass, full of passion and sun-soaked character.
