Vincent Stoefller is an avid climber as well as a talented and resourceful winemaker - it take guts to do both of these things.. we think it takes much less courage to to choose to buy his new PetNat, or does it? It's one of the cloudiest PetNats we know, but it when you drink it everything makes sense. Not a refined wine but also far from being a rustic PetNat; the sharp acidity and the lovely fruit expression are very well integrated and served on a toned and luscious material. Absolutely irresistible as an aperitif that would put smiles on and get conversation going across the room. Serve chilled in regular glasses (not champagne flutes). Read less
