Rosato 2020

A juicy rosé made from 100% Aleatico, an elusive variety that is local to the region of northern Lazio / Southern Tuscany. It is typically used to make the region's renowned sweet wines, however, natural winemakers are exploring interesting vinifications as red and Rosé wines.

Mouthwatering acidity carries over an array of fruity expressions such as small, red berries and candied red grapefruit flesh. It's refreshing and delicious.
