INFO ON GROWER

Domaine Tripoz is a small, biodynamic estate located in the village of Loché in the Mâconnais region of southern Burgundy. Founded in 1986 by Céline and Laurent Tripoz, the domaine began by selling grapes to local cooperatives before producing their own wines in 1990. Committed to sustainable viticulture, they transitioned to organic farming early on and achieved biodynamic certification in 2001. Their 14-hectare vineyard, situated on clay-limestone soils with eastern exposures, is cultivated without synthetic chemicals, emphasizing natural methods to express the terroir. In the cellar, they employ minimal intervention techniques, including native yeast fermentations and limited sulfur usage, to produce wines that reflect purity and a sense of place.
