This natural Greek orange wine is made from 100% of the rare Santameriana variety, endemic to the Achia region in the Peloponnese. The maceration on the skins takes place in amphora jars for 20 days followed by further ageing for 6 months in ceramic eggs.
Slender structure but not a shrinking violet; on the nose - summer stone fruit, such as apricot and peach with honeysuckle and herbal notes, as well as a hint of fired clay. The palate is dominated by yellow pear, melon, apricot and peach with fragrant herbal notes.
Serve chilled but not very cold. We recommend opening 30-40 minutes before serving.
