Saturnia Bianco 2019

A 50/50 blend of two Tuscan white varieties in Procanico and Trebbiano that produces a somewhat of serious orange wine, one to ponder over. The colour is bright, deep yellow, with discreet aromas of fresh pineapple and mineral notes. On the palate the attack is fresh and fairly light, lovely mid-palate with a sudden, short return to exotic fruit and a complex finish with a touch of bitterness and soft tannins.

We recommend open 20-30  before serving chilled but not too cold (about 1/2 an hour in the fridge). Pairs well with strong hard cheeses and Italian Salami.
