Sylvain Saux is the man (and the enigma) behind Pechigo, a reclusive vigneron that sees himself as more of vine farmer than a man of the limelight. Based in the village of Carcassonne (Languedoc) Sylvain cultivates his own vineyards and also a few parcels of very old Carignan and Grenache owned by friends.
