Sein Pour Sein

A 100% Pinot Noir from Auvergne by Patrick Bouju - our expectations of this natural wine were sky-high prior to tasting it, and again it surpassed all of our expectations by far. In our eyes it reaches a type of perfection; power, gentleness, purity, directness, interesting complexity and a really luxurious texture, all superbly integrated and balanced. A true masterpiece equalling some of the best. We enjoyed just under room temperature (10 minutes in the fridge) and would recommend opening it 15-20 minutes before opening.
