Tout Feu Tout Flamme 2020 Nature

"Love On Fire" AOP Alsace, France
Tout Feu Tout Flamme 2020 Nature
Featured Product Image Product Gallery Image

The name of this natural wine roughly translates to "All Fired UP", which seems fitting given its bright orange colour. Pure Gewurztraminer exuding dried rose petal, orange blossom and orange peel, which perfectly connects to a full and effortlessly juicy palate with good tension, tannins and very subtle acidity.
This is an elegant and pleasurable wine that is unique yet approachable, from a winery reputable for their perfectionism.
Would pair well with north African cuisine, a cheese board or just to sip (and sip....) at the end of the meal.
