Domaine Clos Tue Boeuf has created major waves in France over the past 10 years. They are on the wine list of every important wine bar in Paris, and their affordable wines are always sold before bottling. Brother Thierry and Jean-Marie are known for two things: The diversity of varieties used in their wines and their passion for working with nearly-extinct grape varieties endemic to the Loire.
