What a surprise! A new wine from domaine Grandes Vignes - the new P'tit Vaillant blanc (de noir); its made from the same grape varieties as its red version, namely Groslot (AKA grolleau) and Cabernet Franc, however here they are directly pressed as soon as they arrive at the cellar hence making a white wine.
The color is very pale gold, bordering on silver, the nose is fine, full of ripe white fruits and wet chalk. The palate is round, fresh with a luscious/crunchy substance toned and fairly balanced. Lively finish that is both refreshing and interesting whereby the next glass starts almost immediately when you take the last sip.
We recommend opening 20-30 minutes before drinking and serving chilled.
