This is their "Riserva", a title kept for the best. This 2005 vintage is made from a traditional 90% Croatian and 10% Uva Rara (rare grape) and is now perfect to drink (however can be aged further). You can expect a mild but developed nose of ripe red and blackberries, nutty, cedary and spicy oak notes that lead to a wide palate, voluminous, dry and mineral, full of tart fruit with a mild touch of spice. Fine, fully melted tannins and good tension throughout. Long and persistent finish. Amazing.
