Bourgogne Aligoté 2020

This natural white wine is an excellent example of the rare Aligote variety and why it has been receiving much more attention from Burgundy winemakers as of late. The vanilla, buttery nose is a promise of the silky, yet dry, palate to come. It combines a quality clean palate with a riveting sense of purity and vibrancy. We recommend serving this chilled (half an hour in the fridge). This bottle would pair well with a roast chicken or nut roast.
