Weissburgunder from the estate's best plots, hand harvested in September 2019 and macerated on the skins for 102 days. The nose evokes ripe tangerine, tropical fruit and a touch of manuka honey, zaafran and souk spices. The palate is bursting with life and combines great complexity with fruitiness and drinkability, a complicated melody played in perfect harmony. Serve it chilled, decanting is possible. We recommend drinking it slowly to allow the aromas to develop, maybe on its own. Not many are available.
