Lovers of Nero d'Avola wines will rejoice with this wine; powerful and ultra-fruity character on silky material that is fresh and light. This natural wine really develops in the bottle and becomes denser within the first 2 hours. For the more adventurous drinkers (And those who can hold for a pleasure :), we recommend leaving half or a quarter of the bottle for the next day. Brilliant!
Serve ever so slightly chilled (10 or so minutes in the fridge).
