A wine made during the very harsh 2021 harvest for Coruna del Conde that saw them lose a significant portion of their grape yield. Luckily, Julien is one of the most liked and well connected winemakers in the natural wine world and was able to source the grapes for this little wonder from the great Alfredo Maestro in sierra the Gredos. Equal measures of Palomin and Malvasia producing a light orange wine with a mere 11.0% alcohol yet it with bundles of great taste and aromas (Love Malvasia).Destemmed, macerated for 20 days, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless Steel tank, 4 months in clay amphora, bottled in September 2022. 641 bottles made.
