Impera 2017

Dva Duby is a winery known within natural wine circles for consistently producing high-quality wines in southern Moravia; Czech's most well-known wine region. Impera is made from grapes grown on volcanic soils and is unpretentiously lovely; fruity, juicy and very accessible with a toned, airy feel on the palate.
Can be served at room temperature or slightly chilled, excellent with grilled poultry or pork dishes and pizza. This wine is on some of London's highly regarded chef restaurants at 4-5 folds the price. Limited availability.
