Lavelo

This totally natural (but quite classic tasting) wine has a smooth velvety texture that delights. A nose of ripe dark berry compote gives way to heavier forest fruits, chocolate and oak. Essentially powerful but smooth big red wine from Cordoba in the heart of Andalucia. Lavelo would pair well with grilled/roasted red meats or oven-baked vegetable dishes such as aubergine parmigiana.
