A blend of 90% Gamay with 10% Chardonnay in semi-carbonic maceration for a short 4 days - an unconventional recipe that worked a charm. A jumping juice, crunchy and full of life that goes down at alarming ease. Described as a fluid version of "dry wine gummy bears".
