Orly, the winemaker, is a man of great Passion and Emotion. He describes this beautiful wine best: "Each of the natural wines I make, each of the vineyards I work with, are special, they are unique to me; but this natural red wine that you have today in the glass if it fits, is still more personal. When I discovered this thorn (vineyard) it was like a jungle. Domingo, the previous owner, the man who had worked for him (Vinyard) in the last 65 years, had stopped doing it a couple of years ago, due to some severe sight problems. Years without caring that pushed to forget about it But when stepping on the land, something caught me from its subsoil; a magnetism that went through my body, ascending as the sap does through the plant, to intoxicate me and convince me that I had to fight for those vines that had been there for more than eighty years. Many predicted that it would not recover to its past splendour, but stubbornness can sometimes be a virtue. Work and calm; patience and delivery. Feel your heartbeat, listen to it and feed it. 3 years of mime, care and perception. 2014 was the first year that we consider that the grape began to reach a certain quality in that small plot. "THE KISSES THAT WILL ROB YOU 2017" is made from this unique plot, worked under the foundations of organic agriculture, BIO, and keeping in mind the biodynamic principles."
