OSE natural wine is a unique blend of Five Roussillon varieties brought together by the very talented winemaker, Anthony Guix. Made in Semi Carbonic maceration this somewhat wild wine brings out apples and citrus with a touch of honey, served on wonderful layer contained acidity. Drink this in one go. (That won’t be a problem; it’s superb). We recommend serving it chilled. Drink it on its own or with a light pasta/mushroom dish.
