Pietra Filosofale 2019

Named after the holy grail of Alchimia, this is a powerful natural rosé wine delivered on a soft, fresh and pleasing palate. Ripe red berries dance delicately on the taste buds, meaning that this rose may be the perfect aperitif. We recommend serving it chilled (about 45 minutes in the fridge). This would pair excellently with seafood dishes and hard cheese.
