Tasting young on the palate, yet complex with red apple, green apricot and hints of pineapple. Full body and high acidity with an unusual rather fresh cider-like finish. Pork dishes, hand made sausages, duck and wild game. Can stand successfully next to blue cheese, walnuts, membrillo and mango chutney. The Malagouzia A-Grafo orange wine was made a tiny quantity of 3333 bottles this vintage year.
