Cantina Furlani produces a series of purely made, juicy and delicious sparkling natural wines. This is a blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Nero (pinot noir) vinified using champenoise method (24 months). The bubbles are fine and moussey, floral aromas of elderflower, citrus and lemongrass. Dry but not completely - vivid freshness that evolves to a fine and round finish with a sensation close to sweet. Lovely summer drink or a light aperitif will pair well with soft cheese and fish Risotto.
We recommend allowing this Pet-Nat wine to develop over sometime; those who can resist finishing the bottle in one sitting may discover that evolves over 24 hours after opening (re-place the crown cap with special plastic air-lock). Sure, the fizziness will reduce however you will discover layers of aroma and texture.
