A fully flanged Trousseau by Domaine Pignier from their south facing plot at the more remote Val de Sorne. The grapes were destemmed with regular punching down during fermentation. Ageing was done for 12 months in used oak barrels.  Expect a powerful iteration of Trousseau, one that generous and round with lovely length and consistency. We recommend serving just under room temperature (15-20 minutes in the fridge). Will pair well with roast meats, terrine, and cheese.
