A delicious blend of Chenin Blanc (50%) Mauzac (35%) and Chardonnay (15%) direct press, raised separately and bottled in 2017. In many white wine descriptions, we will recommend a dish that would supplement or enhance the beauty of the wine, however, on this occasion, we feel that the wine claims centre stage, powerful without being oppressive in any shape or form. Where possible, we would strongly recommend allowing the wine to evolve over some hours or even 1-2 days; you'll be astonished to find that it becomes denser and more concentrated. Marvellous. Serve chilled (8-10c) and open 10 minutes before drinking. These are some of the last bottles left of this rare wine.
