Vinyater is a special project of Dasca Vives and an exclusive to Pure Wines. Vinyater is an extremely rare grape variety, endemic to Alt Camp in Catalunya. This small plot of 35-year-old vines was carefully restored and organically farmed (certified) to produce this natural white wine. We are very happy to work with these promising, young winemakers and to bring you this fantastic, fruity white. Yearly production is limited.

With Dasca Vives, the care and respect to their 15 Hectares of landforms as big a part of the process as the winemaking itself. The vineyards are surrounded by fields of almonds, ancient olive trees and hazelnuts that are all organically & biodynamically farmed with a great deal of respect to the environment and bio-diversity. Minimal intervention in winemaking produces these rich, delicious wines that express their terroir.
