100% Roditis coming from a single organic own-rooted vineyard in Skillountia and Greka Olympias Municipality of Andritsena-Krestenon, in Ilia. Fully destemmed with a 12-day skin contact maceration (classical red vinification). Amber colour due to the contact with the peels for 12 days. Floral aromas with notes of nuts and wild herbs, aromas of beer yeast and brioche. The mouth is full, slightly tannic, reminiscent of fruit such as grapefruit. The aftertaste is long and with intense aromatic duration. A fun and very juicy orange wine.
