Watermelon Man

A mere 900 bottles were made of this Burgundian rendition of the Loire, variety Melon de Bourgogne, typically found in Muscadet.

Benoit Killian, the winemaker, explains: "I have two plots, they suffered from water competition in 2020, but on the whole plot, it is homogeneous in terms of maturity. Watermelon Man is full of energy with low alcoholic strength, it will make this funky white wine cannon thirsty! Ageing 1/3 in barrel and 2/3 in a vat.
