Alcoolitre is one of those bottles that will remind you why humans pursued winemaking throughout all of those millennia; the pleasure of getting tipsy (in moderation and when you feel its well deserved). The word PLEASURE being absolutely essential in this case - a masterful concoction of white varieties endemic to Roussillon in Southernmost France in Macabeo, white Grenache and muscat, made in absolute purity by Michel Alban who is feverish mind behind domaine Sabots Helene.

The magic of southern France whites is in all its glory, endless floral fruitiness, a bit of good acidity and a sweet sensation whilst being a dry wine. A full glass is a mere continuation of the empty one before it; excellent choice by Michel to bottle in 1L. Pair with good mood and company.
