Pinot Noir is quite rare in Maconnais, an area in southern Burgundy with the vast majority of vineyards focused on Chardonnay with a bit of Gamay. A lovely wine by the Tripoz Couple (Celine & Laurent) that delivers a fresh, classic expression. Can be served slightly chilled 910 minutes in the fridge) or at room temperature.
