If a bottle of wine is ever measured by how quickly it disappears off the bottle, then this one would be right up there with the best of them. Incredibly pure juice that is well accompanied by soft, tiny bubbles. Aromatic notes of baked apple brioche, ripe pears and a touch orange peel with the palate following suite. The sip is round and generous, you get a direct and uninterrupted fruit expression. A bit of lovely acidity is balanced with a modicum sweet sensation and has a long and satisfying finish.
