The label of this white wine portrays an image of an industrialised, conventional wine that you may expect to find in the supermarket; Please do not let that fool you as it is overwhelmingly natural and pure. Equal measures of Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Gris produce attractive floral aromas with notes ripe, butter-toasted green apple, grapefruit, white flowers and honey. Rich, fruity and round palate with good volume, balanced acidity and a long satisfying finish. It would be centre of attention on a table with white fish and goats cheese. Excellent value for money if you can look past the label. Ready to drink 5 minutes after opening.
